Coronado Playhouse – October 2018
This production was put on with a small cast playing multiple roles. The biggest challenge was facilitating distinguishable costumes for each character that could be changed very quickly. This often meant throwing on a jacket or pair of glasses. Per youngest actor played 6 different characters as he was everyone’s son. The director wanted a non era specific look, so that the audience could not identify any specific time period. Designers also went with a very monotone look for much of the production in order to create more of an impact when we see blood on stage.
